Summer
Call and Chat service will continue throughout summer.
In-person support: The Main Library Tech Zone will be open summer hours. The SUMC, South Rec, and Global locations will be closed for summer.
Memorial Day
Call and Chat service will CLOSE at 10:00 p.m., Sunday, May 26. They will OPEN at 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 28.
In-person support: On Monday, May 27, the Main Library Tech Zone will be CLOSED.

Assistance with University systems and personally owned devices available in all 4 OSCR Tech Zone locations during open hours:

24/7 Support Center technical consultants can assist with:
- campus applications and services (email, NetID, UAWiFi, D2L, etc.)
- your personally owned computer or device (viruses, software installation, etc.)
They will run diagnostics and perform basic fixes at no cost for members of the campus community. If your system needs a computer repair service, the UA BookStore's Computer Service Center has certified repair technicians on staff.
